We are very happy to share the recent publication of our collaboration with Bicycle Tx around our innovative NMR-based strategy to resolve the complex structure of Zelenectide Pevedotin, a Bicycle Drug Conjugate®, published in Bioconjugate Chemistry. Zelenectide pevedotin is a Nectin-4 targeting Bicycle drug conjugate® designed as treatment of bladder, breast, and lung cancers.
